The Backup365 recently enlisted a group of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Computer Science and IT students to assist with building the Backup365 Outlook Add-in, and the collaboration was an absolute success. It was a great opportunity for the Backup365 team to meet and mentor the next generation of software developers, as well as for the RMIT students to work building cloud-based modern Office365 tools within a professional development team.
The team were thrilled with the hard work and dedication shown by the final year students. As a result, the prototype Outlook Add-in built looks and functions beyond expectations and is fast nearing a full release.
