As our partner base has grown and extended more heavily into Western Australia and South Australia, we have noticed an increase in calls that are coming through after our current 6pm service desk cut over to Emergency on-call support.
In order to serve our partners better we have decided to extend our support hours initially for online chat and email support through to midnight from Monday to Friday.
We are also seeing many partners who would prefer to implement changes in the evening outside of business hours, as well as those who may pickup the laptop after dinner to get things done or organised for the day ahead.
