When did you join Manage Protect?
My first day was 19th November, 2024.
What is your role at Manage Protect? Tell us about what you do.
I will be working as the Partner Success Representative. My role will be dedicated to ensuring our partners feel supported, valued, and empowered as they grow their business with us.
I want to be like a bridge, connecting our partners to all the resources, tools, and insights we’ve developed to help them thrive. My goal is simple: to help our partners feel like they are working with not just a business, but with people that are looking for them to grow and succeed. Whether it’s offering support, answering questions, or providing insights. My mission will be to be able to talk to each one of them, understand their specific needs, and make sure our partners feel our connection and commitment towards them.
What’s your favourite part about the job so far?
The people. I’ve experienced a level of support that I’ve never encountered before here. Everyone, from all areas of the business, genuinely wants to help me grow and succeed in my role. I figured this sense of collaboration comes from the deep passion everyone has for the company and its products. On my first day, I could already tell that the company’s culture is something special—not just because the team gets along so well, but because everyone is passionate about their partners and the offerings. It’s inspiring to be part of a team where everyone is committed to both personal and company-wide growth.
What did you do before Manage Protect? Tell us a bit about your background.
I was working as a global learning events officer at a university. I worked towards curating educational and learning events for students studying data sciences, artificial intelligence, and business.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I love movement—it’s how I express myself and unwind. Right now, I spend at least two hours a day at a Pilates studio, but it’s always changing. Some days it’s aerial yoga, swimming, dancing, or even running. I also love reading and writing book reviews on the internet.
What is your choice of beverage?
It’s a carrot, beetroot, orange, and ginger juice. My Favorite café calls it ‘Rubyroot’
