Growing our technical team, and extended hours

Over the past couple of months, you may have spoken with our two newest service desk engineers, Alex Maunder and Damon Bree. Alex is based out of our Sydney office in Surry Hills, with Damon working from his home office in New Zealand. 

Together, they have now extended our support hours from 7am to 6pm AEDT (phone support), and 7am to midnight (live chat & email support). These extended hours provide better support coverage for our New Zealand partners, as well as more accessibility to get things done earlier in the day for our Australian partners.
