Over the next couple of weeks a major feature and branding upgrade to the Soonr service will be rolled out to the Australian Soonr data centres and service.
Included in this upgrade — more detailed audit reporting, revamped and enhanced Policies section and features, new “View Only Permissions”, Watermark Preview, Teamlist improvements and many more.

There are also branding changes to the desktop agent and the mobile client that will be introduced in line with Autotask acquiring Soonr.
The next version of the desktop agent will branded as “Autotask Workplace Desktop”, and the mobile client “Autotask Workplace Mobile”. This is also likely to occur over the next few weeks.
