How does micro-training work, and how long does it take?
Each week, employees receive a short training video followed by a quick quiz on a current cybersecurity topic. Each session takes between 3 and 5 minutes, so staff can complete it between meetings without disrupting their work. Regular, bite-sized lessons build lasting habits more effectively than a single annual session. Weekly training is supplemented by a more in-depth annual course, and completion rates and scores are tracked in the dashboard.
